3 Ways to Save Time on Email Outreach

As a marketer, if you want more guest posts, backlinks, if you want people to share your content, what do you have to do? You have to start doing email outreach. The problem with email outreach, though, is it's really time-consuming. Hey everyone, I'm Rocky Sharma and, today, I'm going to teach you how to save time with email outreach.

There's two main tools that you need to use. The first is Yesware, and the second is Boomerang.

  1. What Yesware does ?

It provides you with email templates, it shows you that people are opening up your emails, and it allows you to schedule your emails. That simple tool will save you a lot of time. For example, if someone opens up your emails and they keep opening them up, but they don't respond to you, you probably should change how you start your conversation with them. With Yesware, again, you can do template-based emails, you can schedule your emails, and you can see who's opening them up. That makes your life so much easier. The beautiful part about Yesware is if you're sending out hundreds and hundreds of emails, why would you keep emailing the same person five or 10 times if they haven't opened up any of your emails?
Yesware will save you time. It'll show you who to email and who not to email.

  1. What Boomerang does ?

The second tool is Boomerang. The reason I love Boomerang is if people don't respond with a specific amount of time, it will automatically follow up. This saves me time because I don't want to be the one who continually follows up with people, or my leads. Boomerang also has a set in there where if someone does follow up with you within a specific amount of time, it won't send them automatic emails because the last thing you want to do is if someone responds within an hour, and you want to send them canned automatic emails. Boomerang is sophisticated enough where it knows when to send the person an email, and when not to send them an email. Use those two tools and you'll save time on your email outreach.
